NBCOT, Utah OT license. 2+ years experience. 50-mile radius rule. Scrub Color/Attire – Grey scrub tops or business casual and black scrub bottoms or business casual. No shirts w/ logos, leggings or jeans. Will see patients on all units of the hospital including: ICU, behavioral health, COVID and orthopedics. EMR = EPIC. Type of equipment – adaptive equipment, bathroom equipment, Sara Stedy, hoyer, walkers, etc. Patient Ratios = 10-14 patients a day (includes treatments and evals). Number of Beds – 308. Number of Staff =11 Full-Time, 5 prn.

Good time mgmt
NBCOT, Utah OT license

Preferred Qualifications
ICU experience
Willing to work a variable schedule
