Occupational Therapist – Acute – (OT – Acute)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1600.00

2 years experience. 50-mile radius rule. No more than a 3-month work history gap in the last year. Must have IL OT license. Must have BLS certification. This position is for Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week with PRN weekend requirements.
