BLS, COVID Vaccine Required (Certification)
need 2 sup refs at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked Modules are required to be done before start of assignment. Modules take on average 6 hours to complete-this time is not billable to the hospital. Unit OT **Mainly working skilled nursing facility (Bruceville), but will also be trained to float to Methodist – inpatient acute care hospital (same parking lot)** # patients treated per day 7-8 Certs CA OT license, and BLS EMR Cerner Rehab Aides/OTA/PTA No Weekend Requirement No Holidays Possibly Scrub Color/Uniform Burgundy Outpatient and Inpatient? Inpatient only Pharmacy 24/7 — Shifts Day shift only What areas are they required to cover? A, B, C, and D station Floor specific orientation Yes Common diagnosis / Types of patients CVA, TKA, THA, COPD COVID REQUIREMENT: o Medical declination -accompanied by a physician’s note o Religious declination, no supporting documentation is needed.
