Occupational Therapist – Acute – (OT – Acute)

StartDate: 10/2/2023
Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $1600.00 – $2100.00

Graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy required.
1-year experience as a licensed OT in a clinical care setting or home health preferred.
Must maintain current state driver’s license and auto insurance at all times. Personal vehicles must be well maintained and in safe driving condition.
Attire: Slacks and Polos. (Khaki, Blue, Black, or Grey slacks)(Teal & Black Polos Provided)

Required Qualifications
Licensed by the Examining Committee to practice Occupational Therapy in the state required
Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) from AHA required.
