Pay Rate: $1600.00 – $2100.00

1 year Occupational Therapy experience.
At least 1 year experience providing Rehab. Medicine services (preferably Acute Rehab. Service) – Bachelor’s Degree, Valid license as an Occupational Therapist issued by the NYSED – BLS highly preferred – 1 OT for Tour: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 2 OTs for Tour: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM – Rotating weekends and Holidays

Required Qualifications
Valid license as an Occupational Therapist issued by the NYSED, Primary Source Verification required. BLS preferred
