Pay Rate: $1600.00 – $2100.00

OT needed ASAP for 13 weeks
*Must have an AK license to be considered*
*Must have COVID-19 Vaccines to be considered*
Doctorate, Post-Professional Doctorate or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Outpatient ,Inpatient, Pediatrics Experience Needed for this assignment
Must be Alaska Licensed in Occupational Therapy
Certification in Occupational Therapy by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
Basic Life Support Certification
Valid Driver’s License
ALL TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF COMPLETED COVID VACCINATIONS. EXEMPTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED SO PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT IF THEY ARE NOT FULLY VACCINATED INCLUDING HAVING THEIR BOOSTER. MUST HAVE CURRENT AK LICENSE. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT IF THEY DO NOT HAVE AN AK LICENSE!
