Occupational Therapist – Rehab – (OT – Rehab)

Pay Rate: $1600.00 – $2100.00

Under the general supervision of the Manager of Physical Medicine, and according to standards of treatment, performs objective occupational therapy assessments as well as comprehensive individualized treatment programs for patients of all ages according to departmental policies and procedures regarding referral.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy.
Experience: Zero to six months experience is required for inpatient Occupational Therapist.
Other: Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy program. Preferred Experience: Six months to one year experience is preferred for inpatient Occupational Therapist. Prefer experience with caring for patients of all ages.
2 years experience. 50-mile radius rule. No more than a 3-month work history gap in the last year.

Required Qualifications
Current Oklahoma license of Occupational Therapy or registry eligible. Certifications: BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
