Occupational Therapist – Rehab – (OT – Rehab)
StartDate: 11/13/2023
Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $1673.00 – $1927.00
OT needed ASAP for 20 weeks
Supervises COTA staff per Illinois licensure requirements as well as PRN/Pool OTR staff. May supervise Activities Director and OTA students.

Fifth year college or university program certificate.
Current IL license in good standing and without disciplinary action. Must have valid IL driver’s license. Must provide proof of auto insurance coverage. Must have CPR certification.
