StartDate: 04/03/2023Available Shifts: 8/10/12 D Pay Rate: $1400.00 – 1950.00

Tell us about the unit(s):

· Number of Beds – 20 beds, all rooms are single occupancy

· Number of Staff – 2 OT’s working 5 x 8 hr shifts. 2 OT’s working 7 on/7 off shifts, 1 COTA working a modified 7 on/7 off shift.

· Shift for the Traveler — 7 on/7 off. Shifts start Wed morning at 7 am. They are 10-hour shifts, 7 days in a row ending Tuesday at 5:30. Then only 6 hours will need to be worked some time when it is needed between Wed-Sat to make up for the guaranteed 36 hours/pay period.

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – 3-4 OT’s on each weekday shift, 1-2 on weekends. 3-4 PT’s each weekday shift, 2 Weekend shifts. 1-2 STs on shift thru out each week.

· Patient Ratios – This depends on pt needs, but generically each 10 hr OT has 5-6 pts each day.

· Type of equipment – BITS Unit, Dynavision, 2 different computer gaming systems, Treadmill, Biodex Un-Weighting system, Bioness UE & LE functional e-stim, UBE.

· EMR – Meditech

· On Call Requirements: Not typically required.

· Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend is required in the 7 days on shift/7 days off shift rotation.

Required Qualifications
Idaho professional license
CPR certification
ADL training ability & engagement
Patient Satisfaction focus
Teamwork focus
Engaged, motivated, efficient, good work ethic, team oriented.
Acute hospital floors
2 options: forest green scrubs or casual-professional with lab coat.
OT portion of 3 hour of therapy treatment rule is expected.
Compliance with CMS regulations.
Reliability in following attendance to scheduled shifts is expected.

Preferred Qualifications
Acute Rehab experience preferred
Neuro experience preferred
