StartDate: 05/01/2023Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1450.00

NO NEW GRADS, license in hand – won’t officially book until license is active. OT needed – ASAP start date, open to schedule but must include one weekend day. Covid vaccine is required here, as this facility does not accept exemptions.

OT (skilled) – MT License
Covid Vaccine Required – No Exemptions
