StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1450.00

NO NEW GRADS, license in hand – won’t officially book until license is active. OT Needed – ASAP start date, 13-week assignment, Mon-Fri schedule. Columbia-Lutheran is a 116-bed facility, therapy team consists of 1 PT, 1 PTA, 1 SLP, 1 COTA.

Required Qualifications
OT (skilled) – WA License
