OT needed ASAp for 13 weeks
**50-mile radius rule. ** 2+ years experience. No more than a 3-month work history gap in the last year.
Willing to float to sister hospital
AZ OT License, BLS,
2+ years of OT experience,
Cerner experience is preferred.
