StartDate: 05/29/2023Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1450.00

NO NEW GRADS, license in hand – won’t officially book until license is active. OT Needed – 5/29 start date, 13-week assignment, Mon-Fri schedule. Prestige-Edmonds is an 80-bed facility looking to bring on more contract therapists to support as well as provide PRN coverage. Current OT caseload is 30 patients. Therapy team consists of PT, 2 PTAs, 2 COTAs.

Required Qualifications
OT (skilled) – WA License IN HAND OR WILL HAVE BY 5/29

Preferred Qualifications
SNF & Rehab Optima Experience
