Pay Rate: $1600.00 – $2000.00

NO NEW GRADS, license in hand – won’t officially book until license is active. Must have at least 1 reference on file. OT needed – 12/10 start date, 13 week assignment, Sun-Thurs schedule.

Required Qualifications
OT (skilled) – WA License

Preferred Qualifications
SNF & Rehab Optima Experience
