Occupational Therapist – Skilled – (OT)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1450.00 – 1750.00

NO NEW GRADS, license in hand – won’t officially book until license is active. OT needed – ASAP start, 13-week assignment, open schedule needed as may float to other Tacoma sites. WA license must be in hand.

Required Qualifications
OT (skilled) – WA License IN HAND
Must be willing to float to other Tacoma sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications
Prior SNF Experience Preferred

Facility Location
Located just outside of Tacoma and about 50 miles south of Seattle in Western Washington State, Puyallup offers an appealing mix of big-city amenities and small-community comfort.
