Pay Rate: $1650.00 – $2100.00

PT needed ASAP for 13 weeks
Must hold current licensure in the State of Oklahoma.
Certifications: BCPR – required
1 years experience. 50-mile radius rule. No more than a 3-month work history gap in the last year.
