StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D/E/N Pay Rate: $1550.00 – 1900.00
Perform initial and ongoing comprehensive evaluation including, but not limited to, collecting subjective and objective data, analysis of data, and creation of treatment plan..
Required Qualifications
ID – license required
Minimum qualifications required for services:
Experience: 2+ years’ experience OR completion of an accredited residency program
Licenses/Certifications: Current CPR/first responder certification.Valid license to practice physical therapy in state of practice
