ertifications needed for submission! 2+ references are required within last 2 years of work.
1+ years of recent Home Care experience – REQUIRED
Adult & Geriatric experience – REQUIRED
Experience with Hoyer Lift & Tug – REQUIRED
Medication Reconciliation – REQUIRED
OASIS Experience- REQUIRED
Homecare Home Base EMR – Highly Preferred
Previous travel – Highly Preferred

BLS (AHA)
