Physical Therapist – Home Health – (PT – HH)

Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $1650.00 – $2400.00

Required Qualifications
Covid Vaccination (No exemptions or declinations); Active MA PT license; BLS (AHA)

Applicants living within 50 miles of the client are not eligible for this position; Maximum 5 days of RTO will be considered by the client and must be included at the time of application; Candidates must be willing to work Thanksgiving; Christmas; New Years (if needed/scheduled). No RTO will be approved for those Holidays

Minimum 1 1/2 years of Home Health experience is required including Oasis. Private Homecare experience will not be considered. Must have experience with splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, ADL equipment, Modalities; Must able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance

Preferred Qualifications
Traveler experience; Acute Care Experience
