PT needed in South San Francisco in Home Health setting for 13 weeks, ASAP start date, 8 hour days.

Required Qualifications
CA License
Home Health Experience
At least 1 year of post-grad experience

Preferred Qualifications
EPIC Experience
OASIS Experience
Previous Kaiser Experience
Travel Experience
