PT needed in Home Health Setting for 13 weeks – ASAP start, 8 hour days.

Required Qualifications
Home Health Experience
CA License
Driver’s License
OASIS Experience

Preferred Qualifications
>2 years of Home Health experience
Kaiser Experience
