We are looking for PT’s to join our Home Health team. 13 weeks, 8 Hour Days, ASAP Start

Required Qualifications
CA License Active
Valid Driver’s License
Home Health Experience required
OASIS experience

Preferred Qualifications
2 years of home health exp preferred
Travel Experience
