Physical Therapist – Home Health – (PT – HH)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1600.00 – 2100.00

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor’s). Two years Physical Therapy experience. Refer to Job Analysis #02A for details regarding additional ability requirements.

Required Qualifications
LICENSE: CA-Required
Certifications Required: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
