Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $1650.00 – $2100.00

PT needed ASAP for 13 weeks
Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
Coverage in Outpatient Rehab and Acute Rehab
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID – no exceptions
To evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients either as Outpatient or Inpatient. Plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed they the ordering physician. Regularly update treatment plan, home exercise program, independently manage a full caseload, knowledgeable about when to perform re-evaluations based off insurance authorization. Must be able to work Hawaii state and federal holidays as necessary based on hospital operations. Must have Hawaii license.
EMR – Net Health Therapy and Meditech
Minimum 2 years’ work experience in the following settings working with adults (Outpatient and Acute)
BLS from American Red Cross

Required Qualifications
