StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8/10/12 D Pay Rate: $1550.00 – 1900.00

General Certifications(ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP)Rehabilitation Certifications(ASHA)Rehabilitation Certifications(CHT)Rehabilitation Certifications(ACP Training ). Current State Physical Therapy Licensure, graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy or graduate of accredited college or university with a certificate in Physical Therapy. Experience in all aspects of physical therapy. Current BCLS (CPR) certification
