Pay Rate: $1650.00 – $2100.00

We are partnering with a well-respected Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic in Chipley, FL is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract position. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive, and professional environment and work in a fast-paced setting. The client is seeking a candidate available for full time 40 hours per week working 8-hour days. They prefer prior clinical or post-grad experience with Outpatient Therapy as well as experience with treating patient populations that include Medicare, Workers Compensation, VA, School Age and occasional Pediatrics. Experience treating Lymphedema is strongly preferred. Candidates must have an NPI # and be willing to get Credentialed with Medicare/Medicaid, if not already. An Active PT License in good standing for the state of Florida is required to be considered for the position. This is an immediate need and the client is actively interviewing.
