Pay Rate: $1650.00 – $2100.00

Graduate of approved Physical Therapist curriculum with either a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree or Certificate in Physical Therapy Licensure or Certification: Valid and current California State License with active or “”license applicant” status required. Current BLS for Healthcare Provider (CPR & AED)
