Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy program required.

Traveler 2 (25896839): Lead PT Outpatient Rehab – Summerville Address: 11766 Highway 27 Summerville, GA 30747 In need of 1 sports PT and 1 ortho PT
Attire: Slacks and Polos. (Khaki, Blue, Black, or Grey slacks)(Teal & Black Polos Provided)

Required Qualifications
State license for Physical Therapy required. Possess and maintain Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required.
