StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1450.00 – 1850.00

1+ year experience
Graduate of an APTA approved School of Physical Therapy with a Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree
Must complete annual educational requirements
Prefer experience with diverse populations including inpatient CCU, acute and rehab as well as outpatient services
Must be computer literate and have good communication skills
Experience in wound care evaluation and assessment preferred
2+ references in the last 2 years AND no employment gaps. MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE EDUCATION VERIFICATION. NO ON THE JOB TRAINING FOR ANY FOCUS ONE JOB.

Current State of Alaska Physical Therapy License in good standing
BLS
