Physical Therapist – Skilled – (PT – Skilled)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1400.00 – 1800.00

NO NEW GRADS, license in hand – won’t officially book until license is active. PT needed – ASAP start, 13-week assignment, Tues-Sat schedule. Terraces of Los Gatos has 59 senior living apartments and provides residential and assisted living, skilled nursing as well as memory support. Caseload per day would depend on whether groups were being done, but can expect an average of 12-14 patients per day.

Required Qualifications
PT (skilled) – CA License IN HAND
BLS
