Physical Therapist – Skilled – (PT – Skilled)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1400.00 – 1800.00

NO NEW GRADS, license in hand – won’t officially book until license is active. PT Needed – ASAP start, 13-week assignment, Mon-Fri schedule. Candidate will split between Avamere Heritage and Avamere Pacific Ridge, primary building would be Heritage.

Required Qualifications
PT (skilled) – WA License

Preferred Qualifications
SNF & Rehab Optima Experience
