StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1400.00 – 1800.00

A Skilled Nursing Home in San Jose, California is looking for a highly-motivated and passionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract position. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and work in a fast paced setting. The client is seeking a 13 week contract with the potential to extend. They would prefer someone with previous Skilled Nursing Home, Long Term Care, or Geriatric Experience. The schedule will be 8 Hour Days Monday through Friday. This is an immediate need and the client is actively interviewing. Required Qualifications
Skilled nursing experience and CA license are required.
Covid Vaccination and Booster

Preferred Qualifications
Travel experience and Rehab Optima experience are preferred.
