Physical Therapist – Skilled – (PT – Skilled)
StartDate: 06/19/2023Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1400.00 – 1800.00

NO NEW GRADS, license in hand – won’t officially book until license is active. PT needed – 6/19 start date, 13-week assignment, open to schedule, but must include one weekend day.

Required Qualifications
PT (skilled) – AZ license

Preferred Qualifications
SNF & Rehab Optima Experience
