Physical Therapist – Skilled – (PT – Skilled)
StartDate: 05/22/2023Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1400.00

Must have 2+ references in the last 12 months of employment by a Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, or Supervisor and a recent Skills Checklist IN ORDER TO BE SUBMITTED. PT with 2+ years of experience needed at Mid Coast Senior Health Center. Active ME license, BLS and Covid vaccine are required at submission (no exceptions). PT should have knowledge of geriatrics and age associated common injuries, illnesses and post-surgical rehabilitation. Epic experience preferred. Dress is scrubs of any color or professional-casual. Expected schedule is 830a-5p Mon-Fri. Will not approve RTO for Memorial Day or 4th of July week.

PT – ME License IN HAND
