Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Physical Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Antioch, CA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Required Qualifications
SNF Experience
CA License
Productivity: 90%
Covid Vaccination + Booster
Rehab Optima and BLS Preferred
Negative COVID-19 test result (test taken within 7 days prior to her start date)
