Physical Therapist – Skilled – (PT – Skilled)

Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $1650.00 – $2100.00

NO NEW GRADS, license in hand – won’t officially book until license is active. Must have at least 1 reference on file. PT needed – 10/30 start date, 13 week assignment, Mon-Fri schedule. Will split between Sheridan and Salem Transitional Care Center.

Required Qualifications
PT (skilled) – OR License

Preferred Qualifications
SNF & Rehab Optima Experience

Facility Location
Located in the Western part of the idyllic Willamette Valley, Sheridan is a beautiful scenic town that is quintessential Oregon. Residents and visitors will want to spend time on the South Yamhill River, which offers superb fishing and aquatic recreation possibilities. Beer and food fans will surely want to visit the lush farms of Willamette, where a large amount of artisanal products are grown, such as hops and beautiful species of flowers. Sheridan hosts two annual events, Sheridan Days and Mud Drags, both of which are big draws within the community.
