Physical Therapist – Sports Medicine – (PT- Sports)

StartDate: 12/18/2023
Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $1650.00 – $2100.00

– Specialty: PT – Outpatient (Ortho; Sports Med; Post Op)
– Contract Length: 13 Weeks
– Start Date: 12/18
– Required experience: At least 3 years post grad PT experience. Ortho experience required. Dry Needling, Therapeutic Exercise, Biomechanical eval; Safe Sports; Safework; Balance/Fall Prevention/Vestibular
– Required Cert/Reg or License: BLS (AHA); Active NH PT license or PT Compact
– Shift: 8hr days / Holidays if required (no weekends or on call)
– Hours per Week: 40

Required Qualifications
At least 3 years post grad PT experience. Ortho experience required. Dry Needling, Therapeutic Exercise, Biomechanical eval; Safe Sports; Safework; Balance/Fall Prevention/Vestibular

BLS (AHA), Copy of NH PT License; PT Compact: or Home State Lic to prove Compact Eligible; Flu Vaccine
