Pay Rate: $1350.00 – $2000.00

Must have 2+ references in the last 12 months of employment by a Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, or Supervisor and a recent Skills Checklist IN ORDER TO BE SUBMITTED. Respiratory Therapist with 2+ years of experience in ICU coming from community-based setting is needed – RRT highly preferred, but will consider experienced CRT. MUST HAVE PEDS/NICU EXPERIENCE. Candidate must be flexible to float to Midtown Campus as needed. Active MD license, BLS, ACLS and Covid Vaccine or Physician-signed/authorized Medical declination are required at submission. Flu vaccine will be required prior to start. Submission packet must show # of beds, facility trauma level and EMR in work history or submission will be declined. Dress is navy blue scrubs with closed-toe non-skid athletic shoes. 50-mile radius rule.

RRT/CRT – MD LICENSE MUST BE IN HAND
License, BLS, ACLS, Covid Vaccine or Physician-signed/authorized Medical Declination Are Required At Sumission
Flu Vaccine Required
