StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $1250.00

2 years experience. 50-mile radius rule. No more than a 3-month work history gap in the last year. ***REQUIRED: Proof of COVID & FLU vaccination MUST be provided at time candidate is submitted!****
**Please note: LVHN requires a full Hep B series (3 doses) or positive Hep B antibody documentation**
REQUIRED: RRT/CRT certification, BLS, and ACLS
