Speech & Language Pathologist – Acute – (SLP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $1550.00 – 2000.00

Well respected hospital is seeking an Speech Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment

Required Qualifications
SLP with Acute hospital skills. The position is 25 to 50% rehab in patient, 35 to 45% acute hospital and 10% MBSs two days a week. All adults. acute psych dysphagia may be needed for a psych patient although it is rare. We train Handle with Care before entering psych. License and CCC from ASHA is needed.
I would like them to have MBS experience and strong dysphagia skills.
The use of VitalStim equipment is available also.

Preferred Qualifications
TX License
2 years experience
Able to complete swallow studies
