Pay Rate: $1666.00 – $1920.00

SLP needed ASAp for 16 weeks
Acute Care Rehab SLP. (min 2 weekend days/month, subject to change). 3 years experience required. 16 week contract. Certifications required: Licensed Speech/language pathologist with experience in Modified barium swallow studies, acute care. EMR: Epic. **HWL Prescreen interview, manager final interview and offer. Radius Rule enforced 50 miles. All demographic information should be loaded in the profile at time of submission. ALL RTO must be on profile at submission, or it will not be approved/reviewed. Smoke free facility.
