Available Shifts: 8/10/12 D
Pay Rate: $1950.00 – $2246.00

ALL TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF COMPLETED COVID VACCINATIONS
Current Hawaii State license as a Speech Language Pathologist–REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED (willing to apply or pending applicants will be declined)
Current American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification.
Current certification in CPR at BLS/HCP level.
Completion of a FEES (Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallow) course.
2 or more years experience in an acute care hospital prior to any travel assignments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior FEES clinical experience and MBS ImP.
Experience with adult swallowing, communication, and cognitive evaluation and treatment.
Proof of COVID and INFLUENZA vaccination required
