StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8/10/12 D Pay Rate: $1450.00 – 1900.00

3 years of experience providing therapy to the patient population served by this position. An equivalent combination of relevant education and/or training may be substituted for experience

Required Qualifications
Licensed by the State of Alaska in the field of Speech Language Pathology
Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
Basic Life Support certification
