Bark At The Park: Seattle Mariners Review
Here’s my pup, Puka, living his best life in the stands at Bark at the Park.

If you’re thinking about going to the game but are unsure or want to learn a little more, read on.
I went to Bark at the Park with my 90lb poodle mix, Puka, and a couple of my neighbors and their pups. We made it the entire game from start to finish and got to run on the bases. I’m honestly surprised at how well all of the pups behaved in a big crowd in public. From little chihuahuas to big derpy dogs, like Puka, there was a mix of everything in the stands.
My dog and I have traveled the United States together while I worked travel speech therapy contracts. We are now permanently based in Seattle, but love to adventure around and do dog-friendly things together. Bark at the Park was a fun night, and I definitely want to do it again.
When is Bark in The Park 2026?
Bark in the Park is happening every month during the 2026 season.
I went during the first game of the season, which was March 27th, 2026. According to my neighbor, who works at T-Mobile Park, the first game tends to be the least crowded of all of the Bark games, and they get progressively more filled with pups as the season progresses.

Here are the 2026 Seattle Mariners Bark in Park games for the rest of the season:
- Monday, April 20 vs. the Athletics
- Monday, May 18 vs. Chicago White Sox
- Monday, June 29 vs. Los Angeles Angels
- Tuesday, August 4 vs. Detroit Tigers
- Thursday, September 3 vs. the Athletics
What Do I Need to Know About Bark at The Park?
In 2026, there are 6 Bark at the Park nights at T-Mobile Park. If you’re spending the night in Seattle with your pup, Populus Seattle is a pet-friendly option with a fee, located within walking distance of the stadium.
Personally, coming from West Seattle, I carpooled with my neighbors, and we parked in a private parking lot around a 10-minute walk from the stadium.

If I go again in the summertime, I hope to take the West Seattle water taxi. However, I need to wait until the water taxi has extended summer hours and runs after the game.
The Mariners’ official website does a good job of explaining what you need to know about Bark at the Park and what to expect.
Once you buy a ticket, you’ll get information about all their rules and policies, which I recommend reviewing. You can review them here at the link above.

I’ll highlight a few things I’m glad I knew or learned at the game and wanted to share.
- Each person and dog needs their own ticket
- If your dog is larger, consider getting an extra seat as a buffer to provide more space.
- There’s a bit of walking involved. You need to walk from the ground floor to the third floor via the ramps and then to your seats.
- You cannot walk your dog through the entire stadium or sit anywhere. There’s a special dog zone that you’re limited to.
- Buy your tickets early, especially if you want an aisle seat and don’t want to crawl over other people and pups to get to it.
- Inside the dog zone, there are pee pads, water bowls, treats for the pups, and veterinarians.
- You enter the stadium through the west end by left field. That gate directly leads you up to the dog section in the 300’s.
- For the humans, there are a couple of food stands and at least 1 bar to buy alcohol. There is a stand that sells ferry bowls, but there was always a crazy-long line for it.
- If you can lift your dog into the air, you may get them on the “SimbaCam,” where they play Lion King music and pan to the pups in the stadium.
- Bringing a bottle of water (per stadium policy) is a good idea. While there is water at the dog area, there isn’t any for the dogs when they are walking the bases or leaving the stadium.

How Do You Walk The Bases?
After the game ends, all of the dogs are invited to come to the diamond and walk to the bases.
The one thing about Bark at the Park that was a bit confusing was how to get to the bases after the game.
Puka and our pack left our seats at the end of the 9th inning to use the bathroom. The game finished while we were in the bathroom, and we then followed the crowd down the ramp to the ground level. This was a mistake – to walk the bases, you need to line up from the third floor. During our night, it was in section 335.
It was only at the very end of the game, after we left our seats, that T-Mobile Park put this sign (as pictured below) on the screen, instructing us where to line up to go onto the field, which is on the 3rd floor.

So I’m sharing here so you know in advance. We got a bit lost and had to go down the ramp, then back up to the 3rd floor. But you line up on the ramp starting at the 3rd floor and then make your way down the ramp to go onto the field. The line only starts after the game is over.
Everything is very quick. The line down the ramp moves quickly.
Once on the field, you cannot stop to take pictures; people in the field are instructing you to keep moving. The picture that I have here is a screenshot of a video because we were told to keep moving and walking; no pictures.

Once you exited the field, people in the stands were cheering for the dogs and petting them as they walked up the stairs, which was really cute.
Bark In Park Recap
Bark in the Park is a monthly dog-friendly event at T-Mobile Park. You can bring your pup and enjoy the game together in the dog-friendly section with other four-legged friends.
You’ll find dog-friendly comforts like water stations, pee pads, and other pups. For humans, you can buy food and drinks in the special dog-friendly zone.

After the game, dogs and friends are invited to walk the bases on the field, which is a pretty surreal experience.
Thank you, T-Mobile Park and the Seattle Mariners, for a great night!
